The Brief

Assemble, formalize and facilitate a landowner’s group to develop a masterplan of a 20-hectare site with the intention of rezoning the land from rural living to residential for the creation of a housing estate.


The Challenges
  • Fostering collaboration between the 15 participating landowners.

  • Engaging with stakeholders.

  • Delivering both a uniform development area and a yield to benefit the owners.


The Outcome

In May 2024 the South Brighton Master Plan was approved by the Tasmanian Planning Commission.
